People can take clean drinking water for granted. Here in the Hudson Valley only a very small percentage of our projects are connected to their local municipalities water supply. Most of our projects require well water, and often, we need to drill new wells to find clean, renewable water to ensure generations of future residents will be able to enjoy their homes. At one of our newest projects in Rhinebeck, we had to drill 780 feet through solid bedrock to reach a sustainable water source. This depth is necessary for the unique geological challenges of the area. With our partner’s expertise, we are securing not just water, but the foundation of a comfortable and self-sufficient living environment for future residents.
